Tyre Fitter - We currently have a Tyre Fitter position available for a leading Automotive refurbishment company, on a permanent basis, within the mechanical department, to work on all makes of vehicles within a state-of-the-art vehicle refurbishment centre.

You will need to have experience of removing tryes and wheels from vehicles then refitting, along with balancing, to be successful in securing this position, and we can offer an immediate start.

The Job: Tyre Fitter / Wheel Fitter

Responsible for removing and replacing wheels and tyres onto vehicles in preparation for repair and refurbishment
Using ramps to carry out the task of removing tyres and wheels, and putting them back once alloys have been repaired
Balancing Tyres
Keeping the work area clean, tidy
Work in accordance with the Company Safe Working Practice and H&S standards
To work mostly without supervision by using own initiative, maintaining high standards of quality at all times.
Any such other duties as you may reasonably be required to perform within the scope of your knowledge skills and ability

Job experience: Wheel Fitter

You will be experienced working within the automotive sector and understand how to remove wheels
If you have basic experience of wheels and tyres, training will be provided
