Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a growing Sheffield based business in the search for a HR Lead on a full or part time,permanent basis.

This is a standalone role supporting a headcount of c90 employees which will report into the managing director. The company is a highly specialised components manufacturer and supplier with the aerospace and nuclear industry. This is a truly generalist role, as the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that all personal information held for all employees is updated as required
  • Monitoring and maintenance of various HR spreadsheets relating to pay, absence, probationary, training and new starters
  • Conduct and investigate disciplinaries & grievances following company procedures
  • Liaise with payroll on holidays and monthly paid staff
  • Create & supply HR reports and statistics for monthly reviews
  • Contribute to ensuring a safe & healthy working environment
  • Assist with the recruitment of new starters, following our recruitment process and induction
  • Creating and maintaining electronic personnel files

Our client is looking for a confident HR Lead / Advisor who can offer progression and career development. The role would welcome full time or part time applicants at circa 30 hours per week.
