A great opportunity has arisen for a stores / machine operative to join a leading manufacturing company who supply to various industries including Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Defence & Renewable.
Job Description:
- Maintaining accurate inventory
- Providing on time delivery of material to the machines
- Assisting multiple teams by supplying and returning material to stores
- Loading and unloading of courier vehicles
- Operating Band Saw
- Packaging finished goods to company standards and SOP’s
- Operate company fork truck and lifting equipment
Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Highly motivated, self-directed
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
- Prior material handling experience
- Hold a Fork Truck and reach truck license
