Jepson & Co are currently recruiting for a Full Time Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Sheffield.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Safe use of all FLT on site.
• Supply of components in ready to use format for all production areas.
• Picking and packing of orders.
• Placing finished stock in BC and general label printing
• Operating manual, semi automatic and automatic machinery/equipment
• Maintenance and cleanliness of machinery/equipment to standard
• Unloading and loading of deliveries/Pick-ups.
• Stock transfer internal to the factory, FIFO system.
• Housekeeping of materials stored in the warehouse and factory racking - adhering to 5S standards.
• Removal and put away of finished goods from all departments.
• Accurate stock holding of stock at the East Bank Road facility.
• Daily use of IOC boards to highlight any discrepancies/issues
• Liaising with other department/support functions for solutions
• Stock take experience
• Other factory floor duties

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Math and English GCSE or equivalent

Essential competencies:

• Experience in warehouse or factory environment.
• Good housekeeping.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-motivated.
• Self-Managing.
• Can do attitude.
• Health and safety Knowledge.

Desirable competencies:

• FLT license
• CLEAN Driving license B category
