Main Duties:
- Minor repairs within the student accommodation building
- Compliance testing
- Ensuring the bins are emptied, clean and tidy
- Daily walks of the building to ensure safety at all times
- Experience within a handyman type of position is advantageous!
- Good communication skills
- A hard-working, friendly and enthusiastic personality is required
This position is being offered on a temporary basis for up to 1 month, you will be required to work Monday to Friday from 9am until 5:30pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.
Your rate of pay will be £15 per hour.
Our client is looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
