An experienced TIG Welder is required to join a new team fabricating critical parts for Rolls Royce marine engines used to power state-of-the-art warships for the Royal Navy.

Working with exotic materials to tight tolerance you will be supported through an initial 13-week training & induction period.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct TIG Welding to the correct tolerances.
Follow company and Rolls Royce SOP’s working to specification.
Maintaining a clean, audit-ready work area with proper documentation.
Reading and interpreting customer specifications and technical drawings.
Completing operations per route cards.
Continuous improvement of work practices to exceed standards.
Adhering to all health, safety, and PPE policies.

Required Skills

High-level TIG Welding skills
Ability to follow procedures, instructions, and work collaboratively.

Operational Hours

Days,

06:00 to 13:45 – Monday to Thursday

06:00 to 12:00 – Friday

Afters,

13:30 to 21:15 – Monday to Thursday

11:45 to 17:45 - Friday
