An experienced TIG Welder is required to join a new team fabricating critical parts for Rolls Royce marine engines used to power state-of-the-art warships for the Royal Navy.

Working with exotic materials to tight tolerance you will be supported through an initial 13-week training & induction period.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct TIG Welding to the correct tolerances.
  • Follow company and Rolls Royce SOP’s working to specification.
  • Maintaining a clean, audit-ready work area with proper documentation.
  • Reading and interpreting customer specifications and technical drawings.
  • Completing operations per route cards.
  • Continuous improvement of work practices to exceed standards.
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and PPE policies.

Operational Hours

Days,

06:00 to 13:45 – Monday to Thursday

06:00 to 12:00 – Friday

Afters,

13:30 to 21:15 – Monday to Thursday

11:45 to 17:45 - Friday
