Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: 13.81ph - 14.52ph with attendance bonus
Shifts: Days regular
Metalis are currently in partnership with a well-established subcontracting engineering company based in Sheffield. Our client is actively looking to hire three skilled Welder Fabricators.
Job Duties:
- MIG welding and fabrication.
- Create quality welds according to drawings (weld symbols).
- Inspect welds for accuracy.
- Ensure all equipment is correctly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
- Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required.
- Perform simple maintenance and repair as required.
- Other job-related duties as may be necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position.
Person Specification:
- Must be able to read drawings
Shifts:
- 7.00am to 4.30pm Mon-Thurs, Fri 7.00am to 11am
- 13.81ph - 14.52ph plus attendance bonus
- 12 weeks temporary to permanent
