• Provide expert specialist Building Regulation compliance advice to users• Investigate and enforce compliance matters and complaints• Collect and maintain accurate Building Regulation and Building Control records• Validation of applications and assessment of fees*• Plan assessment and site inspection: regulatory advice, compliance checking and site inspection• Deal with Building Regulation application cases throughout plan and implementation stages• Deal with complex Building Regulation cases throughout advice, plan, implementation and enforcement stages*• Support and guidance of less experienced colleagues*• Prioritisation of tasks within the team* and service delivery as part of that team

This is a full time role on a Permanent basis.
