Experience and Skills

  • Managing health & safety by implementing safe systems of work and training.
  • Overseeing production and programming.
  • Managing and implementing QA systems.
  • Making sure the highest quality bricklaying is maintained throughout each project
  • Managing and overseeing site supervisors and labour.
  • Liaising with our surveyors and commercial team.
  • Managing and mentoring junior staff members
  • Reports and record keeping

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record in similar role.
  • SMSTS / relevant NVQ level 5 or 6.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment.
