Our Shefford based client, a leading manufacturer known for their commitment to quality, are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join their team as Production Operative on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous manufacturing and production knowledge to gain some extra experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment following safety guidelines.
- Assemble, package, and inspect products to maintain high-quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure a safe work environment.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and start immediately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and heavy lifting.
