Production Operative
Location: Shefford
Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating Weekly Shifts - 6:00am to 2:00pm & 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Job Type: Temp Ongoing, Immediate Start
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Production Operative to join our clients growing team in Shefford. As a key member of the production line, you will play an essential role in manufacturing and assembling high-quality products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening moulds and preparing them for re-filling.
- Lifting products off the production line.
- Performing basic maintenance of production equipment, including cleaning equipment and moulds.
- Carrying out routine weekly technical tasks, such as calibration.
- Always Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a production environment or operating machinery is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently and adhere to safety standards.
- Attention to detail and clear communicator.
- Physical stamina to work in a manual environment.
