Counterbalance Warehouse Operative
Location: Shefford, Bedfordshire
Job Type: Temporary Ongoing, Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, Rotating Weekly Shifts: WK1 6am - 2pm, WK2 2pm - 10pm
Pay Rate: £12.78 per hour
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Counterbalance & Warehouse Operative to join our client’s logistics team in Shefford. The role involves efficiently handling products, including selecting, storing, and preparing items for shipment using specialised equipment.
Counterbalance nationally accredited licence required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately.
- Operate Counterbalance and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning and documentation.
- Inspect equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Restock and organise inventory as needed.
- Collaborate to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Nationally accredited Counterbalance licence.
- Experience in order picking or similar warehouse roles.
- Attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong communication skills.
