Do you have a knack for managing both inbound and outbound sales calls with finesse?

Our Shefford-based client is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role involves a 50/50 split between inbound sales and account management, offering a perfect balance of customer interaction and relationship building. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company, managing existing accounts while also reaching out to potential new clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with B2B customers to address product inquiries, provide quotations, and secure orders.
  • Convert inbound leads through phone, email, online chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Handle outbound leads with a focus on quality over quantity, making approximately 5 high-quality calls or communications per day to both existing and potential new customers.
  • Actively follow up on all quotations and leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their future purchasing needs and enhance customer rapport.
  • Keep the customer database updated with the latest information.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident and outgoing personality with superior communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
