Rocasa Consulting is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to manage a patch of 750 properties in Hertfordshire and Central Bedfordshire.
The position requires a valid driving license and access to a car, with mileage reimbursed from the home address.
The role offers a salary of £210 per day, with working hours from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 37 hours per week.
Candidates should have general tenancy and housing management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide tailored tenancy management services.
The successful applicant must reside within the patch area and be able to conduct home visits and tenancy reviews, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure resident satisfaction.

Rocasa Consultng are looking to recruit a experienced Housing Officer with cover a large patch of properties in covering Hertfordshire and Central Bedfordshire of 750 properties. You must have Driving licence and access to a car, all mileage piad from home address.

Paying £210 per day

Working Hours are 9am - 5.30pm 37 hours per week Mon - Fri

Manage handover of all tenancy management exclude income, ASB and compliance

Patch of 750

Able to provide a local presence on patch

Good communication and general tenancy/housing management experience

Good IT skills, picks up systems easily

Excellent customer service, letter writing

Report household repairs and any communal block repairs or health and safety concerns
Deliver a tenancy management service tailored to the needs of our customers, including sign ups of new tenancies, and enabling amendments to existing tenancy agreements.
Contribute to service improvement and resident involvement to achieve resident satisfaction with services.
Develop and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure our customers are the heart of what we do and the service we provide is excellent.
Conduct home visits and tenancy reviews and visits within a customer's first year of being a tenant and beyond
Refer concerns of safeguarding to the relevant agencies
Work alongside statutory agencies to encourage tenancy sustainment

Must Live in Patch so Herts, Central Bedfordshire Area.
