If you have SAP training experience and are seeking a new contract in Solihull, Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you. We are helping a collaborative company recruit a contract SAP Trainer, and the role comes with a umbrella pay rate of £41.32 per hour (Inside IR35).

The deployment of SAP Plant Maintenance as a module of the company's Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (iERP) programme will enable users to effectively plan, schedule, and execute required maintenance activity within our manufacturing facilities. They have a vision to align their maintenance processes across the business profile to enable teams to deliver an efficient and effective service to maintain manufacturing operations.

During your first few weeks in this SAP Trainer role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

• Processing assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Designing and creating role-based SAP user training (using products such as SEN)
• Developing training content, including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
• Evaluating the SAP users` level of knowledge at appropriate levels
• Identifying and onboarding Early Adopters and Super Users

The successful SAP Trainer applicant will have proven experience in a Trainer role and experience in material creation using recording software (SAP EN / Powerpoint). Additional qualifications include:

• Experience collecting, documenting, and planning the Training Needs for a project
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience in ERP learning data analysis, metrics, and reporting
• Excellent behaviours to allow interaction at all organisation levels from shop floor to Director
• Structured, organised, and disciplined in approach to planning
