The Role:
A leading firm is seeking a seasoned solicitor or licensed conveyancer to lead as the Head of Conveyancing. This pivotal role involves overseeing a dedicated team of solicitors, fee earners, and paralegals, all focused on a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters. The position demands a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Experience in trust transactions is advantageous.
