A motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer is needed to join our team at Speak Digital, a leading Managed Service Provider based in Shenley, on a full-time basis.
This entry-level position is perfect for someone with some support experience who is eager to learn and enhance their technical skills.
This is a client-facing role. You need to be able to communicate well with clients (new and existing) and enjoy establishing relationships, building trust, and confidence.
The role will involve occasional visits to clients in Hertfordshire, London, and Essex. After serving your probationary period, you can also work from home for up to two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering support calls and responding to tickets
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes
- Setting up new PCs and processing returned devices
- Other day-to-day support and admin tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
- A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow within the IT support field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- General understanding of Windows operating systems and common software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
Additionally:
- Own vehicle with a valid UK driving licence
- Commutable distance from our offices in Shenley
Desirable Attributes:
- Some prior experience in IT support or a related field
- Apple Mac general usage and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Office 365 administration
- WordPress website editing
