  • Liaise with suppliers, place orders, manage stock levels, and ensure all goods meet quality standards.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure food quality meets restaurant requirements
  •  Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team, delegate tasks effectively, manage staff schedules, and authorize holidays when needed.
  • Work with senior staff on menu updates, and handle customer complaints professionally in the head chef’s absence.
