Our fantastic client are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our clients close-knit and growing team in Shepperton. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our operations, providing essential administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities as Business Support Administrator include:

Liaising with customers via phone and email

Log all client's details and requests in a timely and efficient manner

General administration support for the wider team

Invoice support and preparation

Booking appointments for the team

Reviewing of business data

Diary and travel management for departments

Microsoft Office reporting

General ad hoc support

Key skills and qualities include:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

A strong team player with the ability to offer high-level administrative support.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced office setting
