Facilities Manager

Venn Group is working with a highly-rated school to recruit for a Facilities Manager to lead their estates team, successfully keeping the schools running.

Minimum Salary: £45,500

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Location: Surrey

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the facilities staff, ensuring efficient operations across the schools
  • Work with senior staff to develop and implement strategies to improve services and planning
  • Ensure compliance with policies and legislation, including strict adherence to H&S, with training and refreshers
  • Design and implement PPM programme
  • Hold responsibility for given budget, ensuring value for money

The successful candidate will have:

  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
  • Proven experience managing estates & facilities
  • Education experience is desirable
