Venn Group is working with a highly-rated school to recruit for a Facilities Manager to lead their estates team, successfully keeping the schools running.

Minimum Salary: £45,500

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Location: Surrey

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Oversee the facilities staff, ensuring efficient operations across the schools
Work with senior staff to develop and implement strategies to improve services and planning
Ensure compliance with policies and legislation, including strict adherence to H&S, with training and refreshers
Design and implement PPM programme
Hold responsibility for given budget, ensuring value for money

The successful candidate will have:

NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
Proven experience managing estates & facilities
Education experience is desirable
