Car Bodyshop Service Reception Advisor / Customer Service Hand Over Specialist for Leading Bodyshop / Accident Repair Centre
Our client is one of the South East's leading accident repair centres based on the Surrey, Middlesex & Greater London borders in SheppertonTW178AB.
They are currently actively recruiting for a bodyshop service advisor / customer service hand over specialist
Role will involve meeting and greeting customers on reception, taking in and handing back customer vehicles before and after repair, updating online systems for insurance companies, updating work providers on progress of repairs via phone, answering phone enquiries, managing courtesy car bookings, administration duties as required. You must have good experience with Email software, Diary bookings, MS office software (Word , Excel), be well presented with good communication skills. Experience of EMACS and Audatex would be ideal as would experience working with work providers and insurance companies
You will ideally have previous Reception / Front of House Customer Service experience in a similar bodyshop or main dealer role although not essential. Just a passion and understanding of cars and great customer service and IT skills.
This is a full time role working on a shift between 8am and 5pm.
