Sonic Summary

A well-established freight forwarder is seeking an Accounts Supervisor to join their team.
The role involves processing transactions, customer account reconciliations, credit control, and handling queries.
Candidates should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience with accounting software, preferably SAGE.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a salary range of £35,000 to £45,000 per year.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and the position is not hybrid.

My client are a well established, expanding freight forwarder looking for an Accounts Supervisor to join their busy team.

Daily duties will include:

Processing day to day transactions
Customer account reconciliations
Credit control
Handling queries
Producing customer statements on a monthly basis
Supplier accounts reconciliations
Process supplier payments and refunds
VAT returns
Inputting company expenses

Experience needed:

Strong leadership skills
Managing processes
Attention to detail
Strong accounting skills
Experience using an accounting software ideally SAGE
Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Working hours:

Monday - friday 0900am - 1730pm, NOT HYBRID
