Our clientis seeking a driven and experienced Production Team Leader to oversee operations in their dynamic manufacturing facility. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy solving problems, and know how to get the best out of a team, this role could be your next step.

The Role:

This role will be working Monday to Friday only, the hours are as follows; Monday to Thursday14:00 to 22:00 and Friday 12:00 to 18:00 . There is a Shift Allowance which dependant on the base salary is between £8'750 to £10'000 extra per year.

  • Lead and manage a team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety practices across your area.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including maintenance and quality.
What Were Looking For:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with a mechanical focus.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles or continuous improvement techniques is advantageous.
  • A hands-on attitude and the resilience to succeed under pressure.
