Bodyshop Reception Customer Service for Leading Bodyshop / Accident Repair Centre
Our client Sandown Coachworks is one of the South East's leading accident repair centre groups based on the Surrey, Middlesex & Greater London borders in Shepperton TW178AB.
They are currently actively recruiting for a bodyshop receptionist / customer service advisor - PART TIME AVALIABLE - SHIFTS AVALIABLE.
Role will involve meeting and greeting customers on reception, taking in and handing back customer vehicles before and after repair, updating online systems for insurance companies, updating work providers on progress of repairs via phone, answering phone enquiries, managing courtesy car bookings, administration duties as required. You must have good experience with Email software, Diary bookings, Autoflow, MS office software (Word , Excel), be well presented with good communication skills.
You will ideally have previous Customer Service and or Reception experience and a understanding of cars or a willingness to learn. You will be working in a team of 2 with full support and training from the Operations Manager

Permanent Full Time Role paying £15,000-28,500 (based on experience) + great benefits.
