About the Company

Our client Walton Civil Engineering is a successful Reinstatement Company who have been established for over 30 years. They cover the South & South West of England working for all the major utility companies. They now have a team of 90 dedicated employees, who possess a wealth of knowledge which enables them to provide their clients with outstanding customer service. They are a fun, friendly and sociable company, who offer extensive training to all employees along with some fantastic of opportunities for career progression.

They are looking for an individual to join their Commercial team within a commutable distance of Shepton Mallet.

Responsibilities as Accounts Assistant:

  • To assist in the day to day running of the commercial department
  • Logging purchase orders on to SAGE (SAGE experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Checking and completing all invoices
  • Answering and dealing with supplier/client queries
  • Reconcile supplier statements

Requirements:

  • Strong IT knowledge & organisational abilities
  • Able to work from our Shepton Mallet depot
  • No remote working available
