Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Internal Sales Account Manager to join our specialist team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer-focused attitude and a drive to succeed in a sales environment.

  • Salary Circa £30k
  • Office Based - Shepton Mallet
  • Standard Days Monday to Friday 
  • Up to 20% Sales Bonus 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate valuable leads and forge strong connections with customers to establish new relationships while expanding and enhancing existing accounts.
  • Engage dynamically with prospects and customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build trust and rapport.
  • Expertly manage the entire sales process, from the initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring consistent growth and development.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current accounts to secure loyal, repeat business.
  • Leverage your sales expertise to uncover new opportunities and drive significant business growth.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with both existing and potential customers through effective communication channels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing detailed quotations and comprehensive product information.
  • Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Surpass individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Maintain meticulous records in the company's CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Possess either sales experience or a solid understanding of logistics and Customs Clearance processes.
  • Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills and knowledge rapidly.
  • Confident and outgoing, comfortable with client interactions both over the phone and in person.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong team player.

Desirable

  • Experience of Salesforce (CRM)
  • Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting
  • Proven track record of delivering Customer Service Excellence
