Are you a NAPIT registered electrician who wants to join a rapidly growing business, currently at the forefront of the groundworks and water industry, looking to expand into all corners of the UK with big plans for the future?

Do you want to work in a position that provides scalable career progression into senior roles, a guaranteed yearly company bonus, 2x pay for all call outs with a generous call out bonus, as well as your very own company van and tool kit?

On offer is the opportunity to join a tight-knit welcoming business, rapidly expanding in the Water, Geo and Drilling industries, with future ambitions to break into the Solar industry.

In this role you will have to install and maintain under-ground and over-ground water pumps and plant rooms. You will be working in the field on a schedule but also travelling to un-scheduled callouts.

The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running, with a friendly and can do attitude. They will carry a friendly attitude, with an eagerness to take on more responsibilities and higher positions and able to help mentor an apprentice. They will be enthusiastic about travelling around their south western patch, from Hampshire to South Devon and from Bristol to Gloucester but also potentially nationwide.

The job:

  • Working with and maintaining plant rooms and underground and overground electrical water pumps for various domestic clients such as farmers but also commercial clients like hotels.
  • Working on a schedule but also travelling to un-scheduled callouts, imbursed at 1.5x + 100 pay during hours and 2x + 200 pay out of hours.
  • able to help facilitate the company's expansion, potentially into the solar industry

The person:

  • Has to have a full UK driving licence
  • Being knowledgeable and experienced in the electrician trade and drilling, geo and water industries, able to hit the ground running.
