Cheese Operative - rotating shifts - Ditcheat, Shepton Mallet Hours: * Monday to Friday * 5:45am - 2:15pm and 1:45pm - 10:15pm * Rotating shifts every other week Pay: * £12.05 per hour* Weekly pay Key responsibilities: * To operate and monitor production equipment * Working steadily and methodically to carry out routine manual handling tasks. * Bagging and sealing cheese and checking for foreign body contaminants. * Operating and monitoring production equipment safely * Undertaking manual handling tasks including hand stacking product/packing into boxes and onto pallets. * Use of computer and paper based systems to accurately record operational data into company's systems * Working within all company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Food Safety, Authenticity, Legality and Quality Standards. * To carry out any other work or task(s) determined to be within your level of competence, to meet the needs of the business.
