We are currently looking FLT Operators for a Temp to Perm role at Aggregate Industries.
Role - FLT Operative
Location - Aggregate Industries , East Cranmore, Somerset, Shepton Mallet, BA4 4RA
Pay Rate - £14.05ph
Job Type - Full Time, Temp to Perm
Shift 1 - Mon-Fri 06:00 - 14:30 or 09:00 - 17:30 in Rotational
Shift 2 - 12hr day shift, 06:00-18:00, Mon - Sun Continental style on a 2 week pattern averaging 42 hours per week.
Essential Requirements:
- Willingness to work rotational and previous experience with shift patterns
- B1 forklift license (we can upgrade to a B2 clamp license if necessary)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Live locally or have reliable transportation to the site
- Basic mechanical maintenance experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate machinery for the movement of materials, meeting productivity and performance targets, including quality, waste management, and customer service.
- Work in an outdoor environment throughout the year
- Operate Counterbalance FLT and perform occasional Warehouse Operative tasks; manual labor is not a primary component of this role.
