HR Advisor

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Shepton Mallet area who are actively looking to recruit an HR Advisor.

What you will be doing:

You will provide comprehensive HR support, facilitate employee relations and contribute to the development of HR processes and policies

• Responsible for the recruitment process
• Employee Relations, dealing with queries and providing advice
• Staff development including L&D
• Involvement in a variety of interesting project work

What you will need to succeed:

• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Proven track record in a similar role ideally gained within manufacturing or production
• A confident communicator at all levels
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
