Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive, Up to £35,000, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, Sherborne, Permanent, On Site

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our clients expanding team. As the Marketing Executive, you will closely collaborate with various departments to implement marketing campaigns, develop content, and support communication strategies for both internal and external audiences. You will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, assisting the commercial team, and supporting the business in achieving its growth objectives.

Your role as a Marketing Executive will be diverse and challenging, including:

• Creating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Coordinating content creation, which includes writing LinkedIn posts, bid content, and client-specific content.
• Managing and tracking performance of social media accounts using analytics tools.
• Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and gain customer insights.
• Maintaining and updating company content and social media channels with fresh and engaging content.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.

To be considered for the higher salary you will need to be able to demonstrate you previous experience in Marketing constuction projects through a portfolio of work.
