Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is hiring on behalf of their client for a Legal Administrator to work based in Sherborne, Dorset. You would be joining a fun & smaller administration team in a family-run business. You would support the legal & insurance office duties making this a fun varied role. 

The hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.15 pm. The annual salary is £32,000 PA DOE.Your role will be varied, but your main priority is to assist your line managers to ensure that the requirements of their office and legal administration are organised. You will spend the remainder of your time on other administrative tasks such as property maintenance, office administration and staff-related matters such as recording of annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining spreadsheet records of insurance information, policy costings and premium splits.
  • Checking quotations and policy documentation received from our brokers.
  • Liaising with both our internal teams and external brokers, by email and telephone.
  • Maintaining paper and electronic records of legal and insurance coverage.
  • Administer family and staff driving compliance.
  • Building, plant and equipment maintenance including fire, security and electrical compliance.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of proven administration experience in a professional legal, insurance or compliance working environment.
