Senior Paralegal - Agriculture & Rural Team

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading Southwest law firm renowned for long-term client relationships and exceptional legal and financial planning services. The Agriculture & Rural Team is one of the most respected in the region, offering comprehensive legal support for farming and rural businesses.

The OpportunityThis Legal 500 firm are expanding their Agriculture & Rural Team and looking for several Senior Paralegals to join their team. You'll work closely with partners, managing a varied caseload that includes land transactions, tenancy agreements, succession planning, and renewable energy projects. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally, with support for further qualifications like SQE or CILEx.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients and draft legal documents
  • Handle first registrations and prepare auction packs
  • Support secured/unsecured lending transactions
  • Assist in marketing activities and provide administrative support

What We’re Looking ForIdeal candidates will have a law degree (or equivalent) and an interest in agricultural law, with experience in property law preferred. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with rural clients.
