Site Foreman/Project Manager, Sherborne, £50,000 per annum, Permanent

Experience: Proven experience in a site foreman role, with a strong background in construction.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team on-site.
Craftsmanship: High standards of workmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Passion for Preservation: A genuine interest in maintaining and enhancing the integrity of historic properties.
As an experienced Site Foreman / Project Manager, you will be hands-on in ensuring projects remain on track and are completed to a high standard. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualified
- Essential experience in Construction and Restoration Projects
- Enthusiastic self-starter with confident communication skills
- Desirable experience in people supervision and first-line management
- Good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures.
- Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
- Flexibility in work hours and a Full UK Driving Licence
