Full Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Multi-drop Delivery Driver ideally with refrigeration experience to work for their well-established family owned and managed distribution company based near Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds. You will be working as part of a small team where high-quality standards are implemented throughout the business. This position does include manual handling at some premises, generally a bit of a mix of Handball, drag off or Forklift to bakery or farmshops. This is a Temp to Perm position.

Shifts for the role of Class 2 driver:
• Monday to Friday – Days 5.30am - 3.15pm (45hrs PW)

Duties of a Class 2 driver will include:
•   Order picking and cross checking of products including temperature checks.
•   Delivering to bakeries, butchers, cake & farm shops in the North of England.
•   Performing daily vehicle safety checks in line with current guidelines.
•   Dealing with product returns.
•   Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
•   Ensure all policies are adhered to
•   Excellent understanding of driving hours and manual entries
•   Passionate about delivering great customer service
•   Maintain a professional image when driving a company vehicle

Requirements for the role of Class 2 driver:
•   Valid Class 2 (C) Licence essential
•   Up to date Digitacho and CPC
•   Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player & hardworking.
•   Exceptional communication skills
•   Full UK driving license is essential
