Recruiting divers mates for a very busy company based in Leeds.
Hours - Tuesday - Saturday (5am -2pm)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle
- Ensure that all items are properly secured and protected during transportation
- Help navigate and plan the most efficient routes for deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite and professional with customers
- Assist in completing paperwork and documentation related to deliveries
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks such as checking oil and tire pressure
Experience:
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and moving of goods
- Valid driver's license is a plus, but not required
Note: This position does not involve driving the vehicle. The Driver's Mate will be responsible for assisting the driver during deliveries and ensuring smooth operations.
