£30,000 - £34,000 per annum

Permanent Office based role

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Commutable from Leeds, York, Selby, Tadcaster, Wetherby, Castleford or Garforth

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Stock Controller to join an established company based in Sherburn in Elmet.

The Role

This role requires a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious individual who will be key to ensuring the smooth running of our kit movements. Initially you will work with our current process with help in the development of a new system. Your main objective being to operate as a key link between, Sales and Operations.

Duties

• Manage the overall stock control for the organisation including the development, performance and maintenance of stock control
• Pre-allocating kit ahead of the season
• Produce efficient systems and address inventory discrepancies
• Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
• Updating stock information on the computer system
• Coordinate regular inventory audits
• Liaise with Purchasing and manage any incoming shipments

Experience

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous work experience as a Stock Controller/Manager or similar role
• Organisation and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
