About the Role:NHS Shetland is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our team on a locum basis. This position requires candidates with prior NHS experience and expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, providing evidence-based interventions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in training and supervision of junior staff and students.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Physiotherapist with relevant Band 6/7 experience in MSK physiotherapy.
- Previous NHS experience is essential.
- Excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
