We are seeking a compassionate Night Care Worker to join our team dedicated to providing services for older people. In this role, you will offer wakeful night cover, ensuring that the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our service users are met in alignment with our Christian ethos. You will act as a key worker, assisting with personal care, managing equipment needs, and liaising with health professionals as required. Your duties will also include maintaining high standards of personal and environmental care, promoting mental and physical activity, and handling emergency calls.

The ideal candidate will ideally hold an SVQ 3 in Social Care or be willing to obtain it within a specified timeframe. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, are essential for completing e-learning courses and reporting. Flexibility is required as the role involves working on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
