KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Customer service skills- Handle customer inquires, assist customers based on their needs in a warm and pleasant manner
- Sales- Follow up all sales inquires, Send quotations, Host online meeting, client visits and achieve sales targets
- Ability to work in a team with a customer focused approach.
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Nice to have - Basic knowledge of livestock
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The hiring company are a team of International professionals with a set of shared goals: Supporting the livestock sector, improving animal welfare and restoring the fertility of soil.
Growing the UK team, A sales associate is required to take a customer focused approach to influence purchasing decisions. The sales element is all inbound and therefore will require to build relationships with existing and potential customers.
This could be a great fit for somebody with a customer service/sales background, has grown up in farming, or with an agri related degree (although this is not a hard requirement), looking to start a career in the agritech domain where sales and commercial experience will be gained!
