Aspire people are working alongside a independent school catering for pupils aged 5 to 19 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as additional learning needs. About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work closely with the teaching team to deliver a differentiated curriculum tailored to individual needs.

- Help pupils build confidence, resilience, and life skills.
- Assist with classroom activities, one-to-one support, and small group interventions.

- Has the ability to build strong relationships and trust with pupils.
