Robot Service Engineer

Work From Home – Cover UK & Ireland

Initial Basic Salary - £45k. On completion of full training, salary will increase £52k

We are looking for a flexible team player, who can work without direct supervision, who are flexible to travel throughout the UK & Ireland Monday to Friday.

Service Engineer - The Role:

    1. Installation, commissioning and servicing of robots and automated cells at customer sites throughout the UK and Ireland

    2. Provide assistance both on-site and by telephone when breakdowns occur

    3. Program and test new installations and make any necessary modifications to existing machinery

    4. Providing on-site and off-site training for customers

    5. Maintaining accurate communication records verbal and written

Service Engineer - The Person:

  1. Working knowledge of Robots – programming ideal but not essential

  2. PLC programming using Ladder Logic

  3. Multi-skilled with electrical bias

  4. HNC qualified or Apprentice trained engineer

  5. Able to identify issues and problem solve

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  7. Be flexible and committed to achieving objectives

  8. Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  9. Be willing and able to work without direct supervision

  10. Able to travel throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland (Monday to Friday)

  11. Happy to complete company training in Europe
