I have a fantastic opportunity for a maintenance engineer to join a well-known company based near Telford. As a maintenance engineer you will assist in the planned and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment.

My client is looking for a maintenance engineer to join their continental shift team. The right person will be a multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical abilities. As well as a good salary and benefits package my client offers career development opportunities for those who seek it.

Maintenance Engineer Role Benefits:

Salary £49,538
8% employer pension contribution.
265.38 holiday hours per annum.

Maintenance Engineer Duties include:

Continental shift rota
Planned maintenance activities.
Respond to breakdowns.
Fault finding.
Update CMMS.
Support with installations.
Actively contribute to company continuous improvement activities.

As a Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

Recognised electrical qualifications. (NVQ Level 3 or HNC Electrical).
18th edition.
PLC and Robotic knowledge.
Understanding of continuous improvement techniques (Kaizen, 5S).
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of health and safety.
Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience.
Manufacturing experience.
