Head Of Project Delivery - The Role:

• Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Collaborating across teams, clients and stakeholders
• Performing risk management to minimise project risks
• Providing Health and Safety leadership
• Setting achievable goals and targets for the project team
• Creating and managing monthly reports to identify potential threats to the project scope of work
• Providing leadership and mentoring to Project Managers in your delivery team

Head Of Project Delivery - The Person:

• Extensive experience of project management, including a track record of delivering complex projects
• Extensive experience of line management and the development of project teams
• An ability to identify and influence key decision makers at all levels
• Good commercial and contractual knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Project skills, along with strong knowledge of other Microsoft packages
• An engineering degree, ideally Chartered Engineer status
• APM practitioner (or similar) certification
