As an Account Manager / Recruitment Delivery Consultant you will be expected to:-
- Build client relationships and manage multiple clients
- Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients over the telephone and face to face
- Register new candidates who have responded to job adverts
- Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
- Monitor performances to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied.
- Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
You must be an experienced Account Manager / Recruitment Delivery Consultant.
