The Company you will be working for;

Our client is an established and successful company based in Shildon. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The job you will be doing

Communicate regularly with other departments including warehouse, production, process, quality control, planning and procurement

Coordinate batch release, down dating and final usage decisions within company system

Update product status on company system and approve/reject

Generate test reports

Create delivery documents and certificates of compliance

Follow quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures

Own the procedure for quality control processes within the document admin team

Participate in initiatives across the business

About You

Manufacturing experience is strongly desirable

Able to collaborate with multiple functions to enable usage decisions

Strong communication skills

Can work individually or as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to maintain a level of focus and attention on repetitive activities

Willingness to participate in improvement activities within the quality control function

Fully flexible to work other work patterns as the job requires
