MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Shildon area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position.

The Job You’ll Do;

  • Working on a fast paced production environment
  • Safely use a variety of machinery to manufacture the product
  • Using hand tools to assemble products
  • Working on the mutations line involves usage of basic press machines that are pre-set
  • Completing visual quality inspection and completing quality assurance paperwork
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
  • General housekeeping duties and following specific standard operations and being able to adhere to social distancing is required

About You;

  • Used to working in a fast paced production environment.
  • Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.

Working either independently or within a team.

  • Achieve team objectives.
  • Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
  • Ability to set and operate the DET and press section of the production line.
  • Self-motivated and work towards achieving set KPI’s
  • Able to work well within a team and as an individual within the manual operation of the lay-up area.
  • Ability to learn and follow quality expectations/standards.
  • Punctual, self-conscious and willing to be flexible, including overtime
  • Able to work any required shifts, with the correct notice period.
  • Ability to scan job travellers and follow basic computer system (scanning)
