RG Consultancy are working with an excellent company who are based near Shipley, West Yorkshire and looking for a senior accounts assistant to join them on full time, permanent basis.

This role will report into the financial controller and join a small team within accounts, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work close with a senior finance member and develop with month end etc.

Duties will include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll
  • Assisting with SSP/SMP/SPP
  • Processing purchase invoices; uploading invoices, matching and coding invoices
  • Payment runs
  • Supplier statements
  • Credit control duties
  • Assisting with accruals/prepayments
  • Assisting with some month end duties
  • Assisting with full end to end payroll (full training provided)
  • Other adhoc duties within accounts
