This is an entry-level role perfect for someone with minimal experience or someone eager to start a career in accounts. You'll primarily be working on the purchase ledger, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skill set within the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase ledger entries, including processing invoices and payments
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports
  • Reconcile statements and track supplier accounts
  • Support the accounts team in various administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and files for auditing purposes
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and other departments
