They pride themselves on creating a warm, welcoming, and homely environment where each individual is valued and respected.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Care Home Manager with a strong background in leading from the front to ensure the highest standards of care are provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Manage, support, and develop a dedicated team of care staff.
