- Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Manage, support, and develop a dedicated team of care staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and CQC standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and external agencies.
- Manage budgets, resources, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
